BRICS Summit 2023 – State Banquet & Side Events

Mercatique co-led the F&B and protocol design for several BRICS 2023 engagements, including the Leaders’ Retreatand China Round Table. Working alongside Chef Wandile and Xolani Mancotywa, we developed SOPs for servicedelivery, curated menus, coordinated high-security catering zones, and managed all guest hospitality requirements for over 400 VVIPs.

Glenfiddich 31-Year-Old Launch – Pop-Up Restaurant Event (2024)

We planned and executed a high-end pop-up restaurant for Glenfiddich’s 31-Year-Old expression. With 270 guests over three days, our scope included pre-event planning, guest experience management, vendor and supplier coordination, full event production, and on-site hospitality delivery. Our ability to pivot under pressure and meet luxury brand standards showcased Mercatique’s world-class capabilities.

Tech & Tourism Conference 2024

As co-creators of the Tech & Tourism Conference, Mercatique led event branding, agenda creation, media outreach, and speaker logistics for 200+ attendees.
