Mercatique Consulting delivered end-to-end event production and community activations, including venue sourcing and leasing; full supplier management across catering, AV/tech, photography, videography, and décor; delegate communications and RSVP; and on-site branding (flags, media walls, and wayfinding). The series ran in Alexandra at Thusong Youth Centre on 3 Oct 2017, Mangaung at the Regional Office on 10 Oct 2017, and Koffiefontein at the Community Hall on 11 Oct 2017, with venue selection, contracting, and site visits completed in each host town. Our team orchestrated all suppliers, maintained a centralized delegate database to drive comms and attendance, and dressed each venue to brand. In total, the three activations drew 436 in-person attendees.
