Mercatique co-led the F&B and protocol design for several BRICS 2023 engagements, including the Leaders’ Retreat
and China Round Table. Working alongside Chef Wandile and Xolani Mancotywa, we developed SOPs for service
delivery, curated menus, coordinated high-security catering zones, and managed all guest hospitality requirements for over 400 VVIPs.
